Psychotherapy for
Gay, Bi, Queer Men

Integrating all parts of us

Our identities are complex—and so are the stories we carry. Shame and pain often lead us to compartmentalize, leaving parts of ourselves unseen or unheard. In our work together, we will explore these complexities with care and curiosity. Let’s find ways to integrate all parts of you—so you can live with greater wholeness, freedom, and self-compassion.

Dr. Ramirez truly listens and meets me where I am. They have helped me not only identify what I feel but dig deeper and understand the impact current or past beliefs have on how I interact with the world. Dr. Ramirez doesn’t push a narrative but encourages me to determine how my narrative was built/created. I highly recommend him

Dr. Ramirez is very good at helping me identify and verbalize my feelings and emotions. Dr. Ramirez’s approach and outlooks are different than therapists I’ve met with in the past, which I find useful. It gives me a different perspective of my feelings and emotions, which I believe will help me better understand my emotions and teach me different methods of self-development.

Dr. Ramirez has really helped me to overcome some of the residual effects of my childhood trauma and helped me find positive tools and strategies for dealing with my anxiety and depression. He is also personable and friendly and easy to talk to! My experience with him has been nothing but great so far.
